Our engagement programme is designed to support retention and growth by boosting the connection between the candidate, your organisation and the industry.

Equity brings the social and professional together through our industry and social event calendar, communications, newsletters, social and digital media.


A programme of events throughout the year with attendance and co-branding from the Equity community and partners. Schools, colleges, universities; careers, recruitment, social mobility; industry, partner and city events which attract talent and inclusion.


Our partner council enables collaboration and shares best practise amongst the Equity partners. Workshops, open forums, and engagement are used to bring experience and ideas on how to improve diversity within the industry and how Equity works for our community.


Our alumni programme ensures people can be what they see and have the peer-to-peer support on their career path. Providing mentoring for those wanting to join or are new to the industry; Equity Ambassadors demonstrating advocacy and sharing their experiences.

Future Academy

The Future Academy will develop and grow alongside our community growth. From applied learning and culture preparedness to EdTech and line management, the Future Academy is our ambition to build a resource and hub for our partners and community members.
